She has engaged Metchosin residents through ongoing participation in community- building and public engagement events.

Fiscal Resilience
We must view all our operations and initiatives with an eye to fiscal responsibility. We need to prioritize the community needs and strike a balance with what we can afford. We also need to find ways to increase our revenues while keeping residential taxes reasonable. All this will be part of implementing a long-term budget strategy to fund our needs without compromising our District's future financial stability.
Modernize Public Safety
Our outdated firehall requires replacement with a safe, post-disaster facility that gives our dedicated local volunteers the modern tools & infrastructure they deserve and to enable them to protect our community in the event of an emergency. We need to provide support to enhance search and rescue capabilities and our emergency preparedness teams.
A Local Clinic
No neighbour should drive miles for basic health care. I am advocating to bring a primary care clinic to our village centre.
